ACG FITNESS
After the successful launch of the ACG Fitness program in April and drawing upon useful feedback from participants, we are happy to announce the expansion of our Program. Increased group fitness classes, Children’s Day every Sunday, participation in the Deree College intramural sports program, and enlarged membership eligibility are now offered in our enhanced program.

ACG FITNESS membership BASICS
• Open Recreation
- Use of all athletic facilities
- Groups can use the soccer field, and the tennis and basketball courts (48-hour notice required)
• Group fitness classes (pilates, yoga,aqua aerobics, body tone, aqua fitness, abs & glutes, Argentinean tango)
• Children’s Day (every Sunday)
Who can join
1. DEREE, PIERCE and ALBA alumni
2. DEREE, PIERCE and ALBA faculty and staff
3. ACG retirees
4. Parents of DEREE, PIERCE, ALBA and Summer Camp students
5. Spouses and children (age 18 +) of the above categories

• Cross-court gym (basketball, volleyball, indoor soccer, badminton)
• Sports Lounge (pool, table soccer, table tennis, satellite TV)
• Four tennis courts
• Soccer field (FIFA standard synthetic turf )
• 400-meter six-lane track
• Aquatics Center (outdoor/indoor 50-meter heated pool)
• Fitness Center (Cybex recumbent bikes, Life Fitness treadmills, Precor cross trainers, 900 kg free weights + 945 kg in dumbbells
Cybex Eagle Selectorized Machines, advanced audiovisual system)
• Climbing wall
• Three dance/fitness studios

GROUPS SPECIFIC:
Use of the DEREE, PIERCE Indoor & Outdoor gyms, for groups up to 15 persons for two (2) hours per week,
SOCCER FIELD, for groups up to 22 persons for 90 minutes per week,
Groups may register for: a YEAR, 6 months, 3 months, 1 month, or 1 day
