The Communication Society had a great year last year. Our activities won us the Society of the Year Award, and we plan to make winning it a habit.
Our mission is to enrich the educational experience at DEREE with extramural activities and bring Communication students closer together. At monthly assemblies open to all CN students we will discuss and search for solutions to possible problems in order to ensure that students get as much out of the CN major as possible.
This year we will be holding a number of events that will be open to all DEREE students, including the annual Communication Contexts conference, a series of lectures by communication professionals which was launched successfully last year.
Students can stay abreast of our activities through announcements on Blackboard or the society’s official Facebook page, which will be up very soon.
