Mission Statement

The DEREE Writing Center offers academic assistance to all undergraduate and graduate DEREE students through individual and group conferences.

Experienced tutors from various disciplines can help you with writing assignments and presentations for any class at any stage of the process, from brainstorming to drafting to revising.

The DEREE Writing Center offers you the opportunity to improve your critical thinking skills and to become a more effective writer and communicator — and get the competitive edge!

The DEREE Writing Center also offers a number of workshops throughout the semester. These workshops are free and open to all students.
