We offer ongoing training in the following areas:

Jenzabar Training
For faculty and staff authorized to use the Jenzabar system, in-house training will be provided prior to using the system.  In addition, we offer special training sessions from Jenzabar staff on specific topics throughout the year.  Contact Mr. Peter Korovessis, Executive Director of IT, for details.

Online Application and Form Training
As the College implements more secure online applications and forms, formal training training sessions is provided in the administration and maintenance of these online tools to relevant offices.

Smart Classroom Training
To use a smart classroom, faculty must first attend a short training session to become familiar with how to operate the equipment, such as video/data projectors, DVD players, amplifiers, etc.  The IRM Media Center staff provides smart classroom training and ongoing support.
