Communication Professionals to Share Career Insights at DEREE Lecture Series    

Speakers with rich communication backgrounds will bring their career experiences to audiences at Communication Contexts 2011, a week of lectures and workshops organized by the DEREE College Communication Department and Communication Student Society. The series of hour-long presentations and discussions is open to the public and will run from April 4 - 8. All lectures will be held in the John S. Bailey Library on the Aghia Paraskevi campus.

The speakers, seasoned professionals in advertising, film, journalism, and public relations, will explore the problems and challenges related to their careers and fields. They will also provide advice for people hoping to launch or further advance their own careers in communication.

The event is an opportunity for audiences to deepen their understanding of the qualities which contribute to professional success as an employee or entrepreneur.

Students who attend three or more of the series sessions will receive a Communication Contexts 2011 Certificate of Attendance.
